STGastro range is mainly aimed to Gastronomy sector using GN1/1 and GN 2/1 trays. This range encompasses ovens with reduced dimensions and high production capacities from 7 GN 1/1 trays to 20 GN 2/1 trays.

STBakery range is intended for Bakery sector with 60×40 and 60×80 trays. This range includes ovens with steam injection by timing and fan stop ideal for fresh dough.

RX range includes convection ovens focused on Bakery sector with different tray dimensions and functions. These ovens guarantee an homogeneous cooking with a perfect finishing even reducing cooking times.

STPastry range includes high-quality refractory cooking surface to reach great results. This range of products is intended for patisserie and bakery sector with 60×40 tray capacity.
